Miley Cyrus is mad as hell, and she's not going to take it anymore.

In a new YouTube message Cyrus posted late Tuesday — taped in her mother's shoe closet, by the way — she addressed a number of rumors about her personal life, ripped the paparazzi and expressed a desire to break free of the oppressive shackles of fame. Oh, and she introduced viewers to her sister's new dog, Feather, too.

"Sometimes, I think it's important for me to be able to contact to my fans directly. ... It's important ... to get in control of what's actually said about me," she said in the video. "There's times where I let things fly, and it's not enough of a rumor to matter, but sometimes I want my fans to be able to still feel connected to me and not only hear a million different things from a million different 'sources.'

"When things are taken out of context, it ends up hurting my feelings," she continued. "Because I know things are said about me that are completely false."

First up on that list of "completely false" things: Rumors that Cyrus is getting engaged to on-again, off-again boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. According to MC, that's not happening anytime soon.

"No, I'm not getting engaged, or no, I'm not getting married anytime soon ... Miley doesn't need to do anything but sit and chill and enjoy life, and make good music — music that I love — and that's the most important thing," she said. "I don't need any type of commitment, I'm not planning on getting married anytime soon, and no, I'm not living with anybody, that's a rumor that's been going on since I got my first boyfriend ever.

"I definitely don't want people to think I'm trying to get married anytime soon," she added. "I'm way too driven right now, first of all, I'm 17, ridiculous, and second of all, I've got so much work I want to get done ... there's no way."

Next up: Stories like this one, which insinuated that Cyrus ran into trouble with the law for using her cell phone while driving. Turns out, gossip sites are reporting only one side of that story.

"Oh, the best rumor that I heard, which is actually pretty hilarious: I called the cops because the paparazzi started making me nervous because I was driving," Cyrus explained. "[So] I pull over, the paparazzi get out and start taking pictures of me, and the next day I get 'escorted home' because I'm talking on the cell phone. ... It was just ridiculous. Really, I called the cops to get away from the paparazzi."

Cyrus also let it be known that "No, I don't want a boob job," and wrapped up the 10-minute video by launching into an attack on the paparazzi who follow her on a daily basis, and who may very well be ruining her life.

"I want people to know, I think in pictures I always look upset. It's because these cameras are following me, and I just think it's really unfair," she said. "I know there some people that maybe like that attention, but I'm not one of them. I really just want to go on walks and enjoy where I live. The paparazzi really frustrate me, and it makes me really upset that I'm being followed around by men that I don't know, and for anyone else, it would be considered stalking. I don't know who those guys are. I don't know if they're good guys or bad guys. I don't necessarily care; I don't want anyone following me."
