An eerie sense of calm has returned to much of Tokyo after Friday's devastating earthquake and tsunami but thousands of travellers remain stranded with the city's main airport, Narita, closed 'indefinitely' and other transport services slowly resuming.
Haneda airport is open. Passengers travelling to or from Tokyo should check airline websites and their travel agents for further information.
While hundreds are dead and missing and many thousands displaced by the quake -- with most victims further north of Tokyo -- the Japanese capital is slowly returning to normal.
