Japan is finally opening up to budget airlines this December with Air Asia announcing its long-haul arm Air Asia X will offer a �5,000 ($58) route between Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur.Japan's air industry seems to be going through a bit of a well-needed shake-up since the bankruptcy of one of the two national carriers, JAL.
